Product Description
<p>The Hayward SPX4000TS Strainer Cover T-Ring or O-Ring fits Hayward Northstar pool and spa pumps. The SPX4000TS fits in the lid like an O-ring but resembles a T, it is used on Northstar models produced from 2003 to 2007. If the O-ring is swollen or cracked it can cause your pump to suck air and spit air back into the pool through inlets and it must be replaced. Not replacing O-rings can damage your pool equipment, have a negative effect on filtration and decrease the efficiency of pool chemicals.</p>
