There is a soft and a hard feed hose used for these cleaners; the D50 is the soft hose and the D45 is the hard hose. The Polaris D50 10-Foot Feed Hose fits the Polaris 180, 280, 380, 480 and 3900 Sport automatic pool cleaners. The feed hose should be checked periodically for weathering, cracking and leaks and replaced as needed.
