The Pentair 355004 Seal Plate fits the Pentair Challenger High Flow and Challenger High Pressure swimming pool and spa pumps. 355303 is the old Pentair Seal Plate part number, it is now part number 355004. When replacing the seal plate it is recommended to change the front housing O-Ring as well, part number 355329.
